Barack Obama and Kamala Harris
Both are less than 50% Black and spent much of their childhood outside of the United States. They claimed to be Black for political purposes, although neither had experienced what it was like to be a "real" African American.
Obama and Harris are also not naturally Americans since they were born with divided citizenship, the very thing the founders were prohibiting with the natural born citizen clause.
