What a country we live in. I feel safer now knowing that I’m in a police state.
Now if we get a Biden or Harris in there, the police will round up conservatives into the camps or shoot them for not holding still or refusing their vaccines or other orders.
Kamala Harris was a prosecutor and I’m sure she would have no problem with this sort of conduct as long as its against the right opponent.
Remember the Milgrim experiment. People readily follow unethical orders to kill.
I thought due process and civil rights used to unite the country. I guess not.

Are you wanted on an active warrant? Do you have a known history as a violent felon? So how likely is it that you will just randomly for no reason be told to stand still by the police? If you are just randomly ordered to do so you can be sure it is to protect the officer, yourself, and others. Even if you do not perceive any threat from your behavior a cop may do so.
Being told to stand still is not a violation of your civil rights or a failure of due process. What follows after may or may not be. Even so it would be better to shut your mouth, go along, call your lawyer, and get to live another day.
