Sen. Joseph R. Biden Jr. claimed during a campaign appearance in New Hampshire last spring that he finished in the top half of his law school class, although records indicate he finished near the bottom, Newsweek magazine reported today.
In a videotape released by the public service cable network C-SPAN, the Delaware Democrat was asked at a campaign stop in Claremont, N.H., about what law school he attended and how well he did.
“I went to (Syracuse) law school on a full academic scholarship,” said Biden, who has been beset by revelations that he plagiarized in law school and used portions of a speech by British Labor Party leader Neil Kinnock without credit.
On the tape, Biden says he “ended up in the top half” of his class.
“I won the international moot-court competition. . . . I was the outstanding student in the political science department (as an undergraduate). . . . I graduated with three degrees from college,” Biden told the questioner.
A clearly angered Biden added: “I think I probably have a much higher IQ than you do.

Another option is that they are starting to build up momentum to remove him from the ticket. I have a difficult time believing that Biden will be on the ticked come November - unless the Democrats realized that they have no chance at taking down Trump, and Biden is their sacrificial stooge.
We knew back in the 80s, the guy admitted cheating in Law School. Apparently, that’s a DemonRat virtue.

He is always number one——in his own mind.

This article is from back when they were trying to weed the losers from the field of Dimocrat primary candidates for the ‘88 election.
And he ruined the back cover of a perfectly good issue of Popular Science to cut the “Get Your Degree By Mail” coupon out. And paid cash to get a guy to answer all the lesson questions in the mail and finish the courses for him. All wasted now.
The real news to me is not whether he was in the top half of his law school class but why any law school graduate would bring up his or her class rank in public and why they would boast about being in the top half of their class. For a white male like Biden, law school class rank is relevant for purposes of grading onto law review, obtaining a competitive job or clerkship out of law school, or pursuing a career in academia. I doubt Biden achieved any of these. Beyond that, no lawyer ever talks about their class rank, except perhaps an ambulance chasing con man. Plus, “top half” is not particularly boast worthy.
Is there anything in Joe’s life that is as he said it was?
I’ve seen an indie ad with a vid of Biden berating someone, claiming to have a higher IQ, full scholarship, top of his class, followed by Sam Donaldson exposing the fraud on a news broadcast. This may be the latter.

A career of lying and corruption. In 40 years in government he worked only to enrich himself and his family. Never did $hit to improve the country.
The sad thing is, lying or not back then (almost certainly intentionally lying)... Now I’m sure Dementia Joe believes he was in the top half. Heck, he probably remembers having a Unicorn as a room-mate.
