Simple Solution to the hysteria:

Make Plaquenil, Zinc Sulfate and Azithromycin OTC drugs. If someone has a cough and/or fever go to the nearest drug store and buy the recommended supply of meds and start taking them. Problem solved, Pandemic over. These meds are inexpensive and life saving. Big Pharma doesn’t like it but they will save your life until a proven vaccine is available.
