INDIANAPOLIS — Indianapolis police say they are investigating a video that has gone viral showing two people point guns at a vehicle during a Black Lives Matter ‘protest’ in Indianapolis.
The same people who initially confronted the driver ran to the other side of the road and prevented the driver from moving forward. The driver eventually had to reverse and completely leave the area.
“Come’on buddy, don’t be stupid,” someone shouts at the driver.

Pointing a weapon at me or my truck is a clear and imminent danger to me. Period. Doing so will result in your dumb ass getting run over and there’s no court in this country that would convict me of doing it.

My first, instantaneous reaction, even while sitting in my chair looking at the picture, was to tromp on the accelerator with my right foot. Right here in my chair my foot went down.
Yes, I will try and avoid such situations, but I’m also very pleased with my instant reaction.

We need to define the rules of engagement clearly so this driver knows it is perfectly legal to mow down thugs pointing guns at him as he is threatened with deadly force and must protect himself.

And this is the crux of it. The M-Fers have pulled weapons on the person in the truck. I ain’t pulling my weapon and holding it for show. I see that and I’m pulling and firing immediately. In what passes for the law today, I’m sure I’ll have plenty of trouble ahead of me. But those M-Fers next stop is the graveyard.
