MSNBC anchor Andrea Mitchell and Del. Eleanor Holmes Norton (D-D.C.) were charged by a man wearing just a bra, underwear and long socks blocks from the White House on Wednesday.
The man appeared to make contact with Holmes Norton, 83, before another man grabbed the individual and pulled him away. Daily Caller reporter Henry Rodgers captured the incident and posted it on Twitter.
The incident took place on 16th Street NW, where Washington, D.C., Mayor Muriel Bowser (D) had the words "Black Lives Matter" painted.
It is not clear who the individual who rushed Mitchell and Holmes Norton was or who he was affiliated with. Other video on Wednesday appeared to show him arguing with other protesters on Washington’s streets.

I did not see the sock wearing man charging anyone in the video just arguing with protesters.
