The truck driver who drove onto the 35W Bridge and narrowly missed hitting protesters over the weekend was released from jail without any criminal charges.
Bogdan Vechirko, 35, of Otsego, Minn., left the Hennepin County jail at midday after being held since Sunday evening on suspicion of assault after he rolled his empty fuel tanker into a crowd marching to protest the death of George Floyd on May 25 while being detained by Minneapolis police.
The County Attorney's Office said it had until noon Tuesday to charge Vechirko or release him. Prosecutors issued a statement saying the matter was deferred, pending more investigation.

Yup, a scene that I’l never forget. If he’d not stopped for those two laying down, this entire thing could have escalated. For now, we need more white/vs black stuff for that to happen and so far nobody is taking the bait. Meanwhile, the rioters and looters continue to bait in hopes of traction for mass violence.

Mine too......Wasn't there another trucker somewhere that ran into a couple of animals then pulled from his truck and beaten? Or is this the same guy?
Maintain a steady pace fast enough to keep them from mounting your vehicle but slow enough to allow them to get out of the way...if you’re in the mood to, anyway.
