State officials who allow the destruction and violence to continue are aiding them and should also be considered criminals.

They allow terrorists to hurt innocent people while using a man's death as an excuse.
They are not supporting their police departments

If I was a police officer in any of those states I would refuse to protect them, because they refuse to protect my family and friends for their own political and financial concerns.

When they send the National Guard in knowing the Guard cannot arrest or detain anyone the elected/appointed officials place the Guard in danger to create an illusion.

And these same officials will be demanding financial aid for all of it.
And they'll use that man's death for that too.
