Indeed. The more THUGS on the street, the worse the rioting! And the longer the duration of the rioting as well since many have an ax to grind with society as it is.
The PLANdemic was indeed a PLAN. Perhaps these riots weren't supposed to happen until November but I guess they just couldn't wait for a dress rehearsal.
