All of the actions are the same....lots of white, dressed in black, masked ‘directors’, stirring and riling up the looters.
Someone posted that the fires being set are possibly a signal that there is nothing more to loot/damage...so the thugs move on....and, as a distraction, for when they begin looting another building.

I’ve had pretty good results using VideoDownloadHelper.
It has a bit of a problem if there a lot of videos on the same page - they are all labeled with the name of the thread so sometimes you have to download and confirm that you have the right one but it works.
