The answers and the actual effects will not I fear not be known for a long time
I fear for Texas.
My own experience is with a related spinster who fled Maryland for the Raleigh Durham area. She kept her Maryland left wing attitude and was not accepted. She fled to Texas. She refuses to be a Texan. She is in fact spinster Maryland yankee pollution.
