They have to keep Slow Joe in the basement until after the election.
And they have to get vote by mail or mail in voting. Which ever term you wish to use. And it won’t be too difficult. Many of the general public, subject to their modifications, support it. If the Democrats can get it, modifications and all, they will take it. They can neutralize the modifications later.
