Cuomo has made it very very clear for years - he wants no part in taking on Donald Trump.

Joe and Kamala will go out there and get slaughtered, then Andy is the presumptive nominee in 2024, with no great Republican candidate yet on the horizon.

Andy is Sonny - who got some of the family brains, whatever they had.
