I’ve hoarded nothing.

Couldn’t afford to even if I wanted.

Still just trying to find our usual essentials amongst the slim pickings, plus getting whatever my mom needs, as she’s not going out hardly at all, except for curbside food stuff, once in a great while.

Keeping Himself at home as he’s high risk, like my mom is, and despite me having my own “risks”, I’m the designated shopper.

Honestly, I have no choice.

It’s either them or me and I reckon I’m more expendable.

Very noble of you.

I was just getting out of the hospital when the whole MSM-induced-hoarding panic struck. I was too weak to shop for a week. Luckily my prepper supplies were heavy on sanitation stuff so I was able to restock bar soap, liquid hand soap, hand sanitizer, anti-bacterial wipes, etc. from that. I’d also just bought large packs of TP and paper towels before I got sick so I’ve been very fortunate.

I think if you wear a face mask and have/use hand sanitizer in your car you’ll be OK. That’s what I have. So far so good and I have a half dozen high-risk conditions. I think the trick is to get a low virus load to allow the body’s immune system the longest time to get an anti body solution worked up and deployed. When I got sick in Jan. my body temperature actually went down 1.6 degrees. Took 3 days on IV medicine drips before it was above 98 again so I don’t think I have Covid antibodies. Minimizing viral load is my strategy now.

Best of luck.
