They can get the same cash and do school over the internet. We are in a tech age and this is a no brainer.

They do not want to do this because it will show huge numbers of families exactly what the benefits are to schooling at home. They won't do it because they do not want parents seeing exactly what is being taught their kids.

Around here all the “snow days” are e-learning.
All the kids have tablets.
Not sure about other states.
