The game played at cuacuses, with the weird rules. One caucus had 5 delegates to assign. First vote had bernie get twice as many as 2nd an only other viable candidate.

That meant all the other delagates had to choose other candidates. But apparently they can choose other non viable candidates.

So they figured out how to split up so 3 other candidates hit 15%.

That meant 5 viables, and each got 1 delegate, even though sanders won by 20%.
