Yep. Just curious. Virginia open carry law exceptions include open carry of guns with mags more than 20 rounds. I am seeing some large cap mags on several protestor’s AR’s. I am not concerned myself, but I was wondering if that may be legally problematic. Any one in VA know about this?

It is illegal, but they are doing it in open defiance of the law. Doesn’t look like the few police present are included to do anything about it, either.

Some have the intestinal fortitude we should all have, and just refuse to comply no matter what the “law” says. That is what the whole thing is about... noncompliance of unconstitutional laws.

“large cap mags”

In pole smoking Polis’ Colorado paradise you can buy 30 rd. magazines with a rivet limiting them to 15 rds.
