That’s quite dubious, but only because of the low bar for Nixon. The Clintons and Obama are on a completely different scale.
Just pull up the Shurburne report for the list of stuff the *Clintons* thought they’d be liable for just from their first two years.
FBI files? WHTO - where the Clintons flat out made up crimes to justify firing folks.
