Every House Republican just ignored their oaths of office
Washington Post ^ | By Jennifer Rubin

t was a sad spectacle, a confirmation that not a single House Republican (even those who are retiring) appreciates his/her oath of office, that not a single Republican can step away from partisanship and look to the greater good, and not a single Republican who is concerned enough about the extortion of a foreign government to influence our elections to do anything about it. For whatever they do in politics and in life, the vote on Thursday setting forth the procedures for public hearings on impeachment and the inevitable vote on articles of impeachment will define their public life. Unless they see the light and vote for articles of impeachment, not a single one will be able say that, when the chips were down and the most dangerous president in history attempted to delegitimize our elections (by inviting interference) and to co-opt the government for private political gain, they put country over party. None will be able to claim that they stood against an invitation for a foreign government to investigate a U.S. citizen.

Thank you, Widget!

I can usually spot a headline for an op-ed piece by this wretched dog Jennifer Rubin from a mile away.

Collin Peterson represents a district in western Minnesota that Trump won by an astonishing margin of MORE THAN 30 POINTS in 2016. This guy would change parties before he ever votes to impeach Trump — and Pelosi knows it.

I hope she enjoys her cats. Any man with a single functioning brain cell would avoid this shrewish wretch. What an absolute nitwit.

“Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, austere religious scholar at helm of Islamic State, dies at 48” tells me ALL I need to know about the Washington Post. Any resemblance of their news department to reality is a joke.

When the truly lawless, anti-American, global governance Marxist, of the obamanation and HRC administration lost in 2016, it was a serious and potentially lethal setback to Bill Clintons 20-30 year plan to thoroughly replace and weaponize the leadership and average personnel of all U.S. Intel organizations with global governance socialists, and the multi decade efforts of the anti-American left-wing to weaponize and expand U.S. Intel structures CONUS and OCONUS, which were designed to be a nearly undefeatable firewall for global socialist governance objectives. These were to serve to defeat any opponent of their own goals of enslaving or subjugating liberty loving Americans, to the anti-American global governance entity.

The same multi decade strategy was heavily deployed across the Judicial Branch, to replace nearly all of it, with global governance socialists, who would only ever see the U.S. Constitution as an impediment, and toilet paper.

ADDITIONALLY this loss to a lawfully elected president who loved America, who loved our liberty, and our liberty sustaining Constitution, was rightfully seen as a lethal threat to the massive *dual purpose and full on *strategic military technology and materials transfer (from the U.S. to Moscow and Beijing), as well as a real threat to the energy dollars relied upon to buffer and expand their global forces, and their interrelated military industrial economic objectives.

As well, while it is true they are only using each other for common purposes, Moscow and Beijing have long seen the U.S. presence in the Persian Gulf, and our alliances with the U.A.E., Saudi Arabia, Jordan, and Israel, as real threats to their own future planning. Iran (and Iraq) and all of it’s well armed proxies, and increasingly Turkey, Egypt, Libya, Euritria, Yemen, and Etheopia are real regional threats, but are really seen as useful and lethal levers to help dislodge the energy alliances of the E.U. and the U.S with our greater “Southern Allies”.

What we really have going on here, is a war for our very liberty and country!

The smoke and mirrors, and false strategies of compromising with the very evil long set on our real subjugation and slavery, is now fully visible!

And this most lethal enemy of our time, is within!

They are evil, and they will become much more violent.

WaPo is implying that the measure just passed is not an Investigation but rather a Confirmation.

“It was a sad spectacle, a confirmation that not a single House Republican (even those who are retiring) appreciates his/her oath of office, that not a single Republican can step away from partisanship and look to the greater good...”

In a pot calling the kettle black fashion, that statement was the partisan pot calling her opponents the partisan kettle; and nothing more.

The sad spectacle is the extreme partisanship of the Democrats that for electioneering reasons alone have to divert the time and attention of everyone, from any substantive good they might be able to do, to chasing after allegations that cannot and do not amount to high crimes and misdemeanors, no matter how many different ways and how many different figures they get to lay their hyberpolemic claims.

For the last fifty years of my lifetime, I watched the Democrats operate on the basis of the art of war with a campaign that is never over and take no prisoners in defeat or in victory. You saw the extremity of it rise with Reagan, feel triuphant with Clinton, rise again against GW Bush, feel triumphant again with Obama and now perplexed that Trump is like none of their opponents, know their methods and will not play more nice with them, as both Reagan and Bush tried to.

Trump knows that bipartisanship to the Democrats has meant one thing and one thing alone - getting some Repubicans to take their side, something they will never do in return.

I am so sorry! The posting looked like a vanity and not something from a media source.

The Democrats will find themselves hoisted on their own petard. Look at what had happened to Biden.
