Top Republicans in Congress -- including Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell -- criticized President Donald Trump over his decision to remove US troops from northern Syria as Turkey plans a military offensive there. McConnell urged Trump to reverse his move, saying "a precipitous withdrawal of US forces from Syria would only benefit Russia, Iran, and the Assad regime."

“a precipitous withdrawal of US forces from Syria would only benefit Russia, Iran, and the Assad regime.”

No, it benefits all the servicemen who now WON’T get killed for no good reason.

The real question Americans should be asking:

“How does US Forces in Syria help me?”

“Am I better off now that US Forces are in Syria”?

This is true. Moreover, many Iraqi Christians were refugees in Syria, in 2010, and faced the nightmare of the same terror groups coming after them again, this time armed by West.

When I saw the headline about pulling out of Syria, my first thought is that Dems and the deep state are going be the first to call Trump a Putin puppet. Did RINOs beat them to it?

Trump ran on a policy to end these mindless wars and good for him. By the way he did it on purpose. He knows the warmongers will win out but he’s doing what hie promised to his base., God bless him.

[I think Libya is arming a ton of countries with weapon]

Seems like it.

It seems that Hillary and Barack waging war on Libya brought the weapons all the way to Syria.

And after that, Russia, Iran and Turkey all operating - just north of Israel. North of Israel. Where Magog comes from.

The Democrats at Yahoo call him that every day of the week.

I’m sure it’s already happened.

so can’t afford a wall, and can’t afford to come up with an alternative to Nobama care. Can’t save social security. Can’t balence the budget, but stay in Syria for as long as you want....with no benefit to US. Hand it over to Bebe.

From the President today: Looks like it will be a slow withdrawal.

THE PRESIDENT: It’s always a firm decision. Last time I made a firm decision, but — and I said, “We’ll do it over a period of time.” We’ve been doing this, actually, over a period of time — over a very long period of time. And we’ve been working with the people in this room, and our soldiers have been coming back over that period of time.

Mitch has the mental capacity of a 2,513 year old decapitate monkey.

Mitch, we can provide the things the Kurds need to defend themselves.

We don’t have to have men on the ground defending them. They’ll do it.

Do I really have to spell that out for you?

Tony Perkins tends to agree with Mitch. I'm straddling the fence on this decision. Tony makes some good points in his article.

To bad Mitt. Triggering the Syria civil war, then mismanaging it until ISIL almost took over was a stupid idea. Letting Russia gain stature by fighting ISIL better than the U.S. was cost us in the region.

Mitch McConnell says we don't have enough money to keep Social Security going, without raising the eligibility age so high that unemployed seniors won't be able to get it till they're 70 or more.

But Mitch says we can afford to stay in Middle Eastern wars forever. In fact, we HAVE to stay in those wars, and keep spending tax dollars forever.

Social security should come before welfare and illegals and Obamacare....in fact, I say congressional salaries should be forfeit until social security is solvent.

How about not letting the Turks, who ####ed us by buying SO MUCH oil from ISIS, not kill the people who held ISIS at bay (The Kurds) while YOU and YOUR COUNTRY dithered with a POS muslim president??

Yeah I know, it’s my country too.

And I was embarrassed of it then and embarrassed of it tonight.
