A St. Louis couple said a wedding dress designer refused to make a garment for them, saying it goes against her faith.
Tiffany Allen and Angel Lane said they reached out to the New York-based company, D. AUXILLY, through e-mail to get some information. They said the designer, Dominique Galbraith, responded.....
""I wouldn't be able to make a piece for a same-sex wedding. It goes against my faith in Christ. I believe Jesus died for our sins so that we would live for him according to His Holy Word...."
Marcia McCormick, a professor with the St. Louis University School of Law said the company is violating the law.
"The dressmaker is violating New York State law..."

In large print on the order contract:
“15% of ALL wedding dress orders will be donated to (some get out of being gay organization).”
Then make the dress.
Ha ha.
When refusing an order, never ever admit it is due to the customer’s sicko sexual leanings.
that’s actually a good idea.
Absolute set up. St. Louis “couple” goes around hundreds of willing dressmakers to go to NY where the Judiciary is rat controlled to get the precedent they want to beat on the rest of the country with. It’s taken years of capitulation but it’s clear the real swamp is the judges who really control the country.
Once again, this will not end until the cowardly USSC makes a clear, not nuanced, statement on this.
Be it flowers, dresses, photography, wedding cakes... if youre going to force me to provide a service that runs contrary to my core beliefs, fine.
But itll be a wedding day you wont soon forget.
Wearing something custom made and expensive by a person that doesn’t want to make it for me or have me wear it, wouldn’t feel good. If it was made for an extremely important day in my life to be wore in front of my friends and family, I wouldn’t trust it, making it feel even worse. Maybe if it wasn’t for the wedding dressing designer being opposed to making a dress for them and anyone like them because of faith in their religion, there wouldn’t be a wedding at all. Maybe getting their way and it being news, is the only reason for the marriage.
Yes, FIGHT back! Stop taking it up the arse (pun intended)
Stand up for your religious rights!
1st Amendment to the Constitution of the United States.
“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof”
FREE exercise there of.
I kept looking and could find no amendment about gay f_ckery. Nothing about wedding dresses or cakes.
Yeah, good luck with that, especially since it seems one of our supposedly “conservative” justices is being blackmailed by “someone.” Pro fag issues fall right in line with the agenda. (Globalist, multicultural diversity gender neutral leanings...)
Homos are mentally unstable. These mentally ill losers should be in straitjackets. That would be a good “wedding” dress.
The wedding gown industry is big business, so if someone’s refusing your money — let them. Their loss, literally, right?
Plenty of other places happy to take your money. Capitalism. It works.
Back then, homosexuality was clearly a mental disorder. Then the field was flooded with fag practitioners. At the same time, hollyweird was on a mission to present them as decent, ordinary folk.
Not long after, the American Psychiatric Association took homosexuality off its deviant behavior/clinically insane list.
But the secret they don't want us to know is that those people are crazy as out house bats. Dangerous too.
“I’d just go from store to store asking for a wedding dress for a fag wedding, and as soon as I heard the above response, file a lawsuit.”
I have also heard of lawyers doing the same thing with the Americans with Disabilities Act. Hire someone in a wheel chair to go around to businesses looking for violations.
Soon Christians will have to take an oath to affirm perversity is in fact, normal.
Why would a “gay” couple even want to demand that someone who disagrees with their beliefs about being “gay” design anything for them? And it is certainly not as if there are no other wedding dress designers out there.
YOUR freedoms end where they encroach on mine.
And I’ll bet you are right.
Your comment made me think of this ridiculous article from the Guardian that can be summed up in one line I have excerpted:
.....a new orthodoxy that not to celebrate same-sex relations is homophobic.
The mindset being pushed by certain people seems to be rather intolerant of free thought. It will lead to further pushback IMHO.
I remember when homosexuals claimed that all they wanted was just to be left alone.
Homosexuality used to be the love that dared not speak its name. These days its the love that wont shut the **** up.

The wedding dress designer could simply accept the task on the basis that her stylistic view of the art must be paramount -

That is still compliance and submission to evil and sin. The designer will not engage in any way with the premise that it is acceptable that she become a part of a same sex wedding. The Lord said “If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you.” John 15:18.Christians will be persecuted for their faith. This designer is making a simple statement of religious belief and as such it is protected by the constitution, if indeed we are still a constitutional republic. The founders were Christians who believed in God given rights. Many Americans today worship man and government and believe we already live in a socialist democracy. The mob rules. Kudos to this principled Christian who will stand up to them and doubtless pay the price.
