I know a few stupid producers acquaintances of mine over here in L.A. who wanted to shoot some scenes there.
You are damn right, it’s a sh*thole. They thought it was the same “scenic scene” they saw in James Bond with Brosnan and Halle Berry. One of them even said there’s no Uber ..which caused a few of us to roll our eyes.
I know Canadians who have gone.
They said don’t waste your money.

We know a few elite liberals who have gone in the past couple of years and they bragged about the health care. My wife asked them how they knew the Cuban Health Care was good. None of them had to use it.
Some of these people are the same ones who flocked to China when it opened its borders to tourists. They bragged about how wonderful China was until that terrible slaughter of protesters happened.
I was there last year. "Sh*thole" doesn't begin to describe it.
