Correction, I meant to post this link:

Nonetheless, even the a time to break silence has an implicit condemnation of Communism.

They kept Jackie’s interview buried with Jack for 50 years-2011.
MLK was being FBI monitored at the time of this interview in ‘64.
From the way this is written, It sounds as if King was arranging an orgy before JFK’s funeral and was caught, but more likely it refers to the 8/63 orgy.

“Jackie Kennedy hated Martin Luther King so much she could barely look at photographs of him. In interviews taped in 1964 but only just released, she said the black civil rights leader was a ‘terrible man’ and a ‘phoney’.”

She claimed King bragged of being drunk at her husband John F Kennedy’s funeral and had been caught trying to set up an orgy.

Seven conversations between Mrs Kennedy and Arthur Schlesinger, a historian and Kennedy aide, were taped in the months after the president’s assassination on November 22, 1963. Their release is timed to mark the 50th anniversary of the Kennedy-era administration, where the White House became known as ‘Camelot’.

Mrs Kennedy said her view of King was formed after being told of secret FBI wiretaps which showed him trying to organise a sex party before he attended the March on Washington in August 1963, at which he delivered his ‘I Have a Dream’ speech.

She said her brother-in-law Robert told her that King made disparaging remarks about JFK at the funeral and about Cardinal Richard Cushing, who delivered the eulogy. ‘He made fun of Cardinal Cushing and said that he was drunk at it [the funeral] – and things about they almost dropped the coffin. I mean Martin Luther King is really a tricky person.’

‘I just can’t see a picture of Martin Luther King without thinking, you know, that man’s terrible,’ she said

Sure. I’m sitting in the basement of National Archives at the moment. Do you want me to send you a copy?

Let’s see: There’s the main copy, the 2 spares that were sent to MLK & Corretta, and 2 extra copies according to the notes.

BBC ran some of this November 2017:

https://www.bbc.com/news/world-us-canada-41871956

This stuff isn’t new at all. It has been known in journalism circles since the days when LBJ’s press secretary Bill Moyers would invite his pals to listen to copies of the wiretap tapes. What’s new is that it is getting mainstream publicity.

Morley Safer made a veiled reference to it in his book: “His part in Lyndon Johnson and J. Edgar Hoover’s bugging of Martin Luther King’s private life, the leaks to the press and diplomatic corps,”

Unknown, who else is there digging and paying for FOIA fees. Garrow will publish a 7 page report next week at StandPoint.

That “guy” is untouchable as he is a lifelong MLK admirer who has brushed aside Kings academic fraud and X-rated road tours, forever. He is a highly respected civil rights historian who interviewed 700+ King associates back in the ‘80’s for his book on MLK.

“Details of the assault are captured on tapes that are currently being held in a vault under court seal at the US National Archives. The incident is described in FBI summaries unearthed by David Garrow, an American historian who won a Pulitzer prize in 1987 for Bearing the Cross, his biography of King published the previous year.....

Garrow said last week he had spent several months digging through a King-related “document dump” on the National Archives website. He found 54,000 web links “on a spreadsheet the size of the Atlantic”, some of them leading to electronic copies of documents that were 500 pages long.

Garrow discussed what he then knew of King’s reckless sexual adventuring, but he treated his subject as a broadly inspirational figure. “I’ve always been very positive about his selflessness, humility and spiritual gravity,” Garrow said.”

Garrow will likely publish the condemning documents as proof and and the pages will have reference #’s.
Anyone thereafter, could then request those specific page # by FOIA, as opposed to all 54,000 +++pages.

Still have doubts? Garrow would effectively be destroying his life’s work if he fabricated a story like this. The National Archives are there for everyone, but you need to invest a great deal of time and effort. He did.

In Congress, when they argued for decades whether to make MLK a holiday, Ted Kennedy and most of them knew all of this scum existed on the record. That is why they buried it with JFK’s unrelated assassination records.

A Congressional committee should have sequestered and reviewed the King dossier privately off the record. Declared a ‘Civil Rights Day’ instead.

It is not getting any major American air time. And my lib friends have not heard one word. Very strange. That is almost more news than the rape laugh.
