MSNBCs Nicolle Wallace invited presidential contender Beto ORourke to play media critic, asking him about what reporters covering the 2020 campaign trail could do better.
Play media critic: What can we do better for those of us covering your candidacies far away from where the first votes will be cast? Wallace asked.
The former Texas congressman initially shrugged off the question, saying it is what it is on Wallaces show Deadline: White House Friday afternoon.
When asked again he spoke more substantively on the subject.
Well have incredibly powerful town hall meeting, 10 or 12 amazing questions, people sharing their own stories then there will be members of the media there, who will ask me a horse race question, ORourke said.
ORourke asked for more questions on campaign issues.
How do I afford to ensure that I can take care of myself and fill this prescription. How do I guarantee my child is going to a world class public school by paying teachers a living wage? How do we deal with climate change before its too late? he suggested.

Ask Trump — Answer: “Stop lying!”
Ask Beto — Answer: “Lie more!”
No collusion here. No bias.
Just trying to get facts to the American people.
The media are a direct danger to individual liberty.
They were furious when Trump correctly and publicly identified the media as enemies of the American people; they made a brief show of acknowledging bias after the 2016 election (very brief, immediately after the results were known, because they were so wrong), then it was right back to business as usual.
Now the talking heads on TV news and the newspapers trying to renew canceled subscriptions can’t tell me enough how much “truth” they contain. F’ing liars...
Translation: Tell us how we can help you win.
Jerk and Jerkett.
They could tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth. I think I’ve heard that before. Maybe there should be a judicial punishment for reporters that do otherwise.
Fire you and put in someone objective.

“Look, hon, understand one thing. You aren’t going to be the candidate so we’ve got you on for ‘equal time’ and ratings and clickbait quotes. Your positions on ‘the issues’ don’t matter to us or our audience.”
It’s like asking the fox what can be done to make the chicken cages more secure.
A good start would be to stop looking at everything through the Orange Man Bad lens.
Seems more like how can we keep on showing to people we are just an arm of the DNC and have little or no credibility in the eyes of many?
Well, Nicole, the answer is right there in my poem The Song of the Cow. Youve already kissed my butt endlesslessy, now you can wax my butt and scrub my balls.
Hey Nicolle
You wants some advice???
Get an extra pair of knee pads because you are wearing out the ones you have on.
What a Lightweight. Too timid to provide a direct reply.
BETO APOLOGIZES TO CAMPAIGN STAFF: I WAS A GIANT A*****E TO BE AROUND SOMETIMES
2020 presidential candidate Beto ORourke apologized to his campaign staff for being a giant &&&&&&& at times during his failed Senate bid, video released Tuesday shows.
In Running with Beto, a documentary premiering Tuesday on HBO, ORourke gathered with a group of campaign staffers to thank them before giving his concession speech after losing to Republican Texas Sen. Ted Cruz in the 2018 midterm election.
I just feel very, very lucky, and I love you guys more than youll ever know, ORourke said in the video obtained by The Daily Beast. I know I was a giant &&&&&&& to be around sometimes, and you all never allowed my shortcomings to get in the way of running the best campaign this state has ever seen.
Cynthia Cano, his road manager, can be seen with tears in her eyes after he calls himself a giant &&&&&&&, the Beast reported.

I added the &&&&&&& for actual word spelled out.
I think Mayor Pete will be the judge of that.
