Any millennial man still living with his parents is not a man.
They can’t afford to rent an apartment or their own home.
Wages are a bit stagnant.
But, but, but there are SOOO many zombies to kill....
Rent is reaching 1800 dollars a month around here. For a one bedroom apartment. Houses are 1 million+ for a 1 story 1200 foot house. To me, Until I get enough money saved up to afford a house, it’s wiser for me to pay half my mother’s rent and stay here. In turn, allowing both of us to save some cash. by your logic, being fiscally responsible and attempting to live within my means, is not being a man. For the record, I am a journeyman medium duty truck mechanic and trying to get my own business off the ground, not some barista or burger flipper.
Not that long ago, multi-generational households were very common — perhaps even the norm. Your blanket judgment is easily disproven.
But every adult female living with their parents, she gets no shaming and shes a “real woman”?
