Joe Biden is just - entitled.
And when you get that special category, not much of anything you do will be reported negatively in the media as it is currently constituted.
In a sane world, Joe Biden would have sunk into obscurity years ago. And become known by all his neighbors as a “dirty old man”.
Somebody needs to identify and interview that trooper.
With Obama gone, the trooper need not worry about his pension being ‘messed with’.
