The U.S. Department of Justice has shifted its position on the health care law. The U.S. Department of Justice said it supports a federal judge's ruling that the entire Affordable Care Act should be overturned, signaling a major shift in the Trump administration's stance on the Obama-era federal health care law as the president declared "the Republican party will soon be known as the party of health care."

If we’re talking about impeachment, go after Chief Justice Roberts for morphing a mandate to purchase services in to a tax from the bench.

more WINNING!
If not for McShame’s hatred of President Trump, and if not for Justice Roberts writing one of the MOST IRRATIONAL, internally contradictory court decisions in history (paid off... is the bet!)....

we would have gotten rid of (unconstitutional) Zero-Care a couple years ago already!

Since John Roberts twisted logic , was that Obamacare was constitutional based on the penalty payments being a tax , and since that penalty/tax was repealed, it makes sense that what remains of Obamacare would then be unconstitutional.

Makes sense to me.

But will this logic make sense to John Roberts, when the Supreme Court eventually gets this case again???

Actually, yes, that’s what we have heard...many times, too....

this kind of thing should be cleaned up RIGHT AWAY, what’s happened with Roberts’ ridiculous and unconstitutional decision is that he’s undermined almost all remaining respect for the court and, alas, pretty much our entire judicial system

almost nobody (off the FR list) has any serious respect for our judiciary anymore ... this only causes more and more people to “take the law into their own hands” or otherwise just ignore or evade it, en masse

like it or not, civilization requires a populace that has at least some respect for the “justice system”... no matter whether it is “harsh” or “lenient”... when people are led to just laugh (or spit) at it, our society is in trouble

Obamacare destroyed the healthcare for hundreds of millions of people for the benefit of only 8.8 million people who already had access to health care through other programs.

You don’t destroy a healthcare system that works to help just a few people. You find a way to help those few. And stop paying for healthcare for illegals.

Once trade groups and associations can start bargaining for healthcare, just watch the prices come down. Need to eliminate the middleman in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry and let the free market actually work.

I think the extortion may have been related to the adoption of their two girls in that Roberts and his wife may have had connections allowing them to move ahead in the line to get the girls. Just a guess.

yes, you may very well be correct.. that question about his adoptions has been reported many times...

if it was going to compromise the man in his job duty so greatly, it should have been vetted during his nomination

but.... things happen, I guess.

the simple fact, though, that O-care was rammed through Congress by Pelousy without her even letting our elected representatives read what was in the 2900 page bill

and the simple fact that the vote was procedurally invalid anyway, (technical explanation..)

and the fact that McShame rallied to protect, save the damned O-care law...to spite PDJT....just when we otherwise were able to get rid of it....

and justice Roberts’ horrible, unconstitutional ruling...
disgusting!

the entire sordid history of O-care reveals just how rotten our system of government has gotten

alas! We here are hoping, praying that PDJT and/or the Justice Dept can now get rid of it, SOON!

“The GOP will never stop trying to destroy the affordable health care of America’s families,” Pelosi, D-Calif., said. “In this House, with a Democratic majority, we’re here to strengthen those protections and to lower healthcare costs.”

SOmebody please Slap this woman! I had a great Plan for $200 per month, then Obamacare made it ILLEGAL, My New Approved Plan, After my $2500 savings was $1200 per month and covered NOTHING EVER!!
