Sounds to me like a pretty light sentence!! He’ll probably get fined and community service...BET ON IT!!! If he does jail time he’ll probably serve 4-6 months..MARK IT!!
Ok, What would you have charged him with?
This is a felony with upwards of 3 years in prison. Even if you think he might get out of this there’s still the fake letter matter which is a serious federal crime
