Hmmm. I am not sure about BBQ on salmon.

Those sauces you listed all sound good.

Light I want, just enough to add a flavor but not overwhelming.

Those Hello Fresh people always had a good sauce.

Even friend Diane Feinstein, a self-proclaimed expert on salmon, loved the recipe from Hello Fresh.

But I don’t have the ingredients/prep instructions.

Our local bar-b-que restaurant has a Blackberry sauce they spoon over grilled salmon that is to die for!

My method of cooking salmon is super easy. Sprinkle garlic salt and a little season-all salt on both sides of the filet and place in a pan to which a little olive oil has been added. Cook, uncovered, over bare medium heat for 5 minutes. Turn and cook until fish is lightly browned and flakes easily with a fork, about 5 minutes. Left-overs can be made into “Salmon in Dill Sauce” which is a wonderful pasta dish.
