The Bill’s $1.3 Billion can be spent elsewhere. The Wall built using the National Emergency Funding is not under any restriction from some Idiotic Mayors.

Marc Thiessen volunteered a third option. I like it.
He says Trump should threaten the demoncrats with another sequester.
In ten months time, if Congress fails to act, an automatic sequester will kick in.
This would result in a a reduction of $55 billion in discretionary spending and $71 billion in defense spending.
Trump could use this as leverage to get his wall. Would the demoncrats really give up $55 billion dollars going to domestic spending?
Remember this was the Obama/demoncrat sequester that was lifted for 2 years in 2018. Congress has to lift the caps this December or the sequester automatically kicks in.
Hannity also mentioned the CR - Continuing Resolution - option which actually gives Trump $2 billion for the wall as opposed to the $1.375 billion for it in the proposed budget deal.
