Newly-elected Sen. Mitt Romney (R-Utah) on Monday called for conservative Rep. Steve King (R-Iowa) to resign from the House because of his remarks questioning whether white supremacy is "offensive." “I think he ought to step aside and I think Congress ought to make it very clear he has no place there,” Romney told CNN’s Manu Raju on Monday.
A spokeswoman for Romney confirmed the statement. Romney is the latest high-profile Republican voice to condemn King’s comments made in an interview with The New York Times in which he said, “white nationalist, white supremacist, Western civilization — how did that language become offensive?”
“Why did I sit in classes teaching me about the merits of our history and civilization?” he said.

And just what would those comments involve? I am a non-practicing Mormon. Can I as a “member” use the “inappropriate comments” that I would like to share? FWIW, his church isn’t his problem! He’s a worthless a$$hole quite apart from his religious preferences or membership. Most Mormons are as decent a bunch as you’d find.

They do just the opposite, they “circle the wagons!” Did you see any of them telling Bob Menendez to resign? The only time they’ve done that is when that Italian buttwipe (Torricelli) in NJ was so far in the hole that he was going to loose them a Senate seat. It was then, with the “help” of the NJ Supreme Court they were able to dig up and dust off the Lautencorpse and reinstall him.
Time for romney to resign. He has already jumped the shark twice now.

He wants the progressive corportist agenda to be advanced. The easiest way to do that is elect more Democrats and let them install a European style socialist system while the GOP is in the minority. Then later a progressive European style “conservative” GOP can regain the majority and manage what the Democrats built without having their fingerprints on it.
