The real question is, “Why is that cop killing bastard still alive”?
Perhaps it’s time to go back and review the need for the death penalty.
The death penalty was alive and well when his appeals ran out but the governor of PA from 1987 to 1995 refused to sign any death warrants (pro-life to the extreme Bob Casey). Had he done his job as governor we would not be having this conversation today.
