"I Know Where All The Bodies Are Buried": Clinton Foundation CFO Spills Beans To Investigators
SGT Report ^ | 12-7-2018

Posted on 12/07/2018 7:16:32 AM PST by blam

The CFO of the Clinton Foundation, thinking he was “meeting an old professional acquaintance,” admitted to investigators that the charity had widespread problems with governance, accounting and conflicts of interest, and that Bill Clinton has been commingling business and personal expenses for a long time, reports The Hill‘s John Solomon.

Clinton Foundation CFO Andrew Kessel made the admissions to investigators from MDA Analytics LLC – a firm run by “accomplished ex-federal criminal investigators,” who have been probing the Clinton Foundation for some time.

Kessel told MDA “There is no controlling Bill Clinton. He does whatever he wants and runs up incredible expenses with foundation funds, according to MDA’s account of the interview. “Bill Clinton mixes and matches his personal business with that of the foundation. Many people within the foundation have tried to caution him about this but he does not listen, and there really is no talking to him.”

MDA compiled Kessel’s statements, as well as over 6,000 pages of evidence from a whistleblower they had been working with separately, and which they filed secretly over a year ago with the FBI and IRS. MDA has alleged that the Clinton Foundation engaged in illegal activities, and may owe millions in unpaid taxes and penalties.

In addition to the IRS, the firm’s partners have had contact with prosecutors in the main Justice Department in Washington and FBI agents in Little Rock, Ark. And last week, a federal prosecutor suddenly asked for documents from their private investigation.

The memo also claims Kessel confirmed to the private investigators that private lawyers reviewed the foundation’s practices — once in 2008 and the other in 2011 — and each found widespread problems with governance, accounting and conflicts of interest.

The recent made in america movie with T. Cruz was about that activity. It is a bit editorialized but a good deal of the Mina issue are accurate from what I gather. The movie made it looks as if the principal character was working for the CIA while running a side business moving drugs. In the movie there is a phone contact between the Attorney General for Arkansas who had Cruz’s character in court and Clinton directing her to let him go.

During the 80s, one of the principal dirt bags was Noriega in Panama. He was playing both ends, protecting drug shipments while feeding info to the CIA supposedly about commies in Central America. Too much of what was going on during the 80s is hinted at in many books and movies but little has actually come to the fore IMO.

Why has all this taken so long, so long for so many to see the handwriting on the wall.

As far back as Hillary’s run for the White House, I have ever since referernced NOT “Hillary” but Billary, Inc., as who it is that was seeking the power of high political office. They would have just as well have liked to have gained Secretary General of the United Nations, but I guess Obama didn’t like that idea.

The movie “American Made” helped finally lift the veil as to how dufus Bill Clinton had a meteoric rise in politics. I always wondered how a no name, small time hill jack rises to so much power. It was his reward for allowing the CIA cocaine cartel to base its operations in Mena,AR.

Yes, I want this to be true but after the myriad of bombshells over the past two years. And all of the “she is going down now” stories I have my ground clutter rejection threshold set pretty high.

Getting through the clickbait site to the real source (zero hedge) I wonder how reliable Tyler Durden is (author of zero hedge article). Sure would like to see some of the docs referenced is his writings.

It’s unlikely that any former president of the united States will ever see jail time. They simply know too much and can not be trusted to maintain secrecy if they face a loss of liberty. They will leave the country and trade secrets for safe heaven. If incarcerated, they will trade secrets with inmates, guards, etc. Their arrest would have to take place at the same time the warrant is issued to ensure they did not flea. Once arrested, they would have to remain in jail throughout the entire trial to ensure they did not flea. Once incarcerated, they would have to spend the entire sentence in solitary confinement with 24 hour monitoring just to ensure they were not sharing secrets. If they were to flea for a foreign country, their vehicle or aircraft would have to be stopped with lethal force if necessary.

Before all of that happens, they will simply indict, convict and incarcerate as many of those associated with the crime stopping short of the Clintons. Instead, they will seek to leave them with a black eye and a public that thinks they are guilty as hell and used their privilege to escape accountability.

Really, the best thing the could happen is to make all the arrests they can , make it a huge public spectacle and frame the Clintons as the informants who made a deal to avoid justice...

Oh c’mon, Bill will be fine. He can lawyer and appeal his way through this for years until he dies.

That's right. This will come to nothing.

After all, what better way to destroy the confidence of the Sheeple in their wonderful government than to see the Clintons doing a perp walk in orange. Can't have that.

He believes, and is probably correct, that as an ex-President he is immune to the law. I wish that an AG who was both awake and had a pair would disabuse him - and every other person on the planet - of that notion, but that’s why he does it...because he can, without consequence.

This is why I tell my kid that the max number of people who can know a secret is one, because if it gets to two one of them can be assumed to tell others. This guy is chatting casually about crimes committed by someone else, stuff he knows he should never talk about to anyone, ever. But he’s doing it and there ya go.

The article mentions that the DOJ recently contacted them to provide more documents. MDA should be careful because it could be a reverse investigation targeting them. That’s how the Clinton’s roll...

“One way or another he’s going to commit suicide before years end.”

I think Hitlery will keep him around until about May/June 2020 so when he dies ‘suddenly” she can get the sympathy vote.
