Pretty sure "mixology" is the trade term of making complex sophisticated cocktails. Anyone can pour a whiskey on the rocks, but exotic drinks with many ingredients takes a little more expertise and experience to get them correct. Not sure, but I've heard there are some trade schools for that.
Are you saying her Degree is in "mixology"?
