Needs 10 feet of electrified razor wire at the top.

And embedded razor blades every inch from ground to top. Paint it red so blood won't discolor it.

Embed triple fish-hooks with wires on the USA side. After a few dozen bodies are hanging upside down, others on the Mexican side will be discouraged from attempting the climb.

Not the same fence or height. Nonetheless, that fence could be fixed by adding a few anti-climbing plates at the top

This year’s congressional spending bill ‘specifically’ states that border construction must use ‘the same kind of fencing previous administrations had used......A concrete wall from sea to shining sea is not going to happen.

The barrel tops on the prototypes effectively defeats the simple Ladder/rope attack. With ladders and ropes, humans have climbed Mount Everest, but the dizzying reality of 30 foot heights and a 5 foot rounded gripless surface, is really effective.

Wonder why the newly completed sections don't have those barrel tops?

Sabotage by embedded liberals in the administration?

I think a few of these at reasonable intervals along the wall that are activated by motion detectors should do the trick....
