The destruction is ongoing today. Not as bad, but lots of power lines and trees down, and flooding.

Looks like there were tornados within the hurricane according to the accuweather reporter who also reported one gust of 155 in Panama City Beach area. There was a pine forest decimated. But compared to the forests out West after conflagrations, your forests will grow back because the trees are not dead and the dirt is not burnt to a crisp.
