Attorney Michael Avenatti said his client might now not come forward against Brett Kavanaugh, and then locked his Twitter public profile from view.
After two days of ginning up publicity with the news he has a “100 percent credible” accuser against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, adding that she has “multiple witnesses to corroborate her story” and that she is “willing to take a polygraph,” Avenatti appeared to walk back that assurance in a Tuesday morning tweet.
“Let me be clear: We will disclose the client’s name and accusations only when SHE is ready and we have adequate security measures in place. And not a moment before that,” Avenatti tweeted. “It is her choice and hers alone as to when to surface bc it is her life. We expect it within the next 36 hrs.”
A few minutes after this apparent walk back, where he appears to be blaming the woman if he does not deliver what he promised, Avenatti, the attorney for porn star Stormy Daniels made famous by CNN, locked public access to his Twitter account.

Golly gee .... knowing his client might be questioned by a FEMALE “experienced sex crimes prosecutor” (instead of old, white Republican men - there goes the photo op angle) might have thrown some cold water on his client who really doesn’t want to have to tell lies while under oath/penalty of felony.
Then again, I read where the Dems are getting very unhappy with Avenatti & are telling him he is being “unhelpful” to their efforts to assassinate the Kavanaugh nomination. Maybe Avenatti values his kneecaps.

If he has evidence of judicial misconduct he needed to take it to the senior judge for the DC Circuit, not air it in public bringing disrepute on the Courts of the United States.
He now ought to be in trouble with CJ John Roberts as head of the federal judiciary.

avanetti should have had a sworn statement from accuser before putting this on the net..he needs to get challenged..
same with all the other accusers police report or sworn statement under penalty of perjury have to stop this right now..
