In Thursdays Washington Post, columnist Max Boot provides a call to arms for those who seek to oust the sitting president of the United States. His column claims that the presidency has now been shown to be illegitimate because of this weeks allegations and that Congress should have already acted on impeachment. None of this is surprising, Trumps has been the photo on Boots dartboard for some time now, but in his zesty finale, Boot may have revealed a bit too much.
He writes:
The voters of the United States must now say to this Congress what Oliver Cromwell said to the Rump Parliament in 1653: Ye are a factious crew, and enemies to all good government.
Ye are grown intolerably odious to the whole nation. You were deputed here by the people to get grievances redressed, are yourselves become the greatest grievance.
Go, get you out! Make haste!
In the name of God, go!

Cromwell died of natural causes. Once Charles II reclaimed the throne he was bent on revenge of those who had toppled his father. Cromwells body was disinterred, hung, drawn and quartered, and his head placed on a pike on London Bridge as a message to all would-be traitors.
Monty Python taught me that “the most interesting about King Charles I” was that he was 5’6” at the beginning of his reign on 27 March 1625 and only 4’8” at the end of his reign.

Go for it, Max old boy.
You'd have to pull his head out first.
Boot is an idiot if he doesn't understand the irony of his statement. Cromwell & cohorts were representing the English Parliment and people whereas Boot and Charles I are representing the Deep State elite.
Bring it
It was the Germans that bombed Pearl Harbor!
So much for the Constitution and the Rule of Law.
Boot and Kristol are two dolts who nobody cares about - but who nonetheless have public platforms because they provide propaganda services for the Deep state
Cromwells son succeeded him in ruling as Lord Protector, but did not last long, and resigned in 1659. The monarchy was then restored under the rule of Charles II. It was this king who demanded that Cromwell be punished for his crimes of high treason and regicide. And so Cromwells body was exhumed, along with John Bradshaw, President of the High Court of Justice for the trial of King Charles I and Henry Ireton, Cromwells son-in-law and general in the Parliamentary army during the English Civil War, to be posthumously killed. The date of the execution was chosen as it was the anniversary of King Charles I own death, 12 years earlier.
The bodies were hung and then beheaded at sunset and thrown into an unmarked pit. The heads were put on a spike at Westminster Hall, where they stayed on display for more than 20 years. The heads only came down because a storm broke the spike and sent the heads tumbling down.

Actually, he was beheaded as well as drawn and quartered. Happened many years after his death, though. True.
Boot is absolutely right about that quote! But it should obviously be applied to the conniving plotters, the cabal of treasonous seditionists, the permanent ruling class, the usurpers, the architects of the coup, and the deep state skunks who all think they are the betters of honest Americans who miraculously elected President Trump in a crooked and rigged election.
I believe Cromwell was beheaded.
Capitalism enables you to buy more bullets than socialism...
Anytime you feel froggy....
Until now, Max Boot was probably best known for this infamous piece:
The Case for American Empire

Boot, Kristol, and the other NTers have been aligned with this Trotskyite garbage for a long time.
Trump wears Boot, film at eleven.
5.56mm
Hes actually citing a thug like Oliver Cromwell, eh? Boot can f**k off.
We had never actually heard of Mr. Boot until this summer when he appeared on Tucker Carlson, and had the most extraordinary meltdown on that show, with both him and Carlson hurling insults at each other, and Carlson eventually getting the better of him, as Mr. Boot gradually lost his composure.
Mr. Boot is a terrifying example of what passes for a foreign policy expert in the US. He has a full-time job at the Council on Foreign Relations to push psychopathic neocon ideas that each US administration follows to the tee. It is a sad commentary on our times that men like this have any influence at all in the US.
