Real title is: Paul Manafort Faces 305 Years in Prison for Tax Fraud – A Crime that Typically has an Average Sentence of 1 Year and 3 Months!
The alleged crimes have nothing to do with Trump, the Trump campaign, collusion or Russia. Paul Manafort is in solitary confinement for 23 hours every day. Paul Manafort faces 305 years in prison for tax evasion crimes. The Deep State don’t play.
His business accomplice Tony Podesta has not been charged with any crimes. Tony Podesta was offered immunity by Dirty Cop Robert Mueller to testify against Paul Manafort in the ongoing witch hunt.
Tuesday night Tucker Carlson had this to say on Mueller’s political agenda.

This entire case is utterly dependent on the jury just skipping over the political affiliation of the main witnesses. I’ll go ahead and predict that it’s a hung-jury, and a second retry will occur in four months, with the same likely result.

They are threatening him with all that, trying to get him to come up with things against Trump, so they can indict the president.
The deep state is willing to do anything and everything to get Trump.

Members of the Deep State have different agendas but they are all united in their hatred of Trump. Hillary hates Trump for an obvious reason. But why Mueller hates Trump came to light only in the last few days. Apparently he wanted his old job at the FBI and Trump told him to f off. Being a GOP-e/Bushie he probably hated Trump anyway but being told to f off added insult to injury.
Tax evasion is based on money involved.

Everyone knows with a wink and a nudge that this is a completely politically motivated witch-hunt hatchet-job, and nothing more. Manafort is being railroaded. It really is that simple.
Hypothetically let’s say he’s given anywhere from 500 to 1500 years in prison by the Deep State. Does anyone know if Trump has the right to grant him a pardon when he leaves office ?

Totally unjust - this Manafort debacle. But note to all: be weary of doing business with oligarchs from Russia/Ukraine and getting caught up in Pooty Putin’s orbit in the first place!
As long as it’s a federal crime, a president can commute the sentence or grant a pardon.
Trump realized he hired a crook in Manafort. He fired him.
Trump has the power to pardon him at any time during his Presidency. Right now until the last day.
There may be a political price to pay for granting a pardon, but there is no legal one.
Their position is that someone will try to assault Paul if he were in general, which may be true when you think about it. He shouldn’t be in jail at all, he should be home on bail. They’re saying he tried to bribe a witness while he was on bail or something so the judge revoked it and put him there.
The long and the short of it is they are putting the screws to PM and trying to squeeze him. This is wrong on so many levels and I never thought I would see the day when this can happen to an American by his own govt over politics.

On a stale tax charge the government declined to prosecute years ago since no evidence of any criminal conduct. —- this makes USA look like a communist dictatorship running out of control. And yet, PDJT let’s mueller and his co- conspirators continue! Shocking!! Imho
They claim his isolation is for his own protection (Protective Custody). They can use that as an excuse to keep him confined. He may have even requested segregation. If he did, it probably wouldn’t be released to the public.
