At a recent funeral I noticed many of my husbands family who were raised Catholic are no longer Catholic and have families with members of other churches. It really surprised me. I say this because the service was in a Catholic church and only a hand full went up for communion or used the prayer kneel block...what-ever its called for prayer. LOL Sorry I don't know the term.
