PGA 3 day event. Tournament formerly called Greenbrier Classic. President Trump arrived the first day to kick off the event.

President Donald Trump spoke to the Salute to Service event Tuesday at The Greenbrier in White Sulphur Springs, W.Va., held in conjunction with the PGA Tour’s there stop this week.

During his speech, he recognized several current PGA Tour pros in the crowd, including Bubba Watson, Keegan Bradley and Phil Mickelson. Trump also called out PGA Tour Champions player John Daly.

“I like Phil, and Phil I think likes me,” Trump said.

Amid his remarks on various policy items, and praise for the military, he offered some plaudits for golfers.

“These are PGA players. These are unbelievably talented people. They’re talented in their mind and in their body,” Trump said. “Their muscles are strong but their mind has to be stronger. It’s tough. And these are tough people.”

Housed under the West Virginia Wing of The Greenbrier Resort, the top-secret, super-sized bunker was built for all 535 members of Congress during the Eisenhower era. And, The Greenbrier, which has been welcoming guests from around the world since 1778, including 26 presidents and countless celebrities.

Thank you. I have to admit I’m a bit nervous. Not sure it will be just as easy as a pill or shot. I did finally get him to eat some dog food this morning. lol, All the cats around here waiting in line to see if the dog leaves any of his food. It is some specific yorkie chow and must taste good. I normally run them all off because dog food isn’t good for them, but I figure I’ll give him anything he wants to eat today.

I didn’t know Trump is putting sanctions on countries that didn’t take back their citizens. This is awesome!

What I don’t understand is why are we even taking in people that come here illegally. They need to be stopped at the border and turned around. Can I break into Canada and be given free medical, food, and shelter? Likely not. We are 20 trillion in debt, this is insanity.

Unfortunately, the #NeverTrump-ers are having a hard time admitting that Trump has been excellent for our country in so many ways.

And he hasn't worked just for those of us who supported him but for everyone, friend and foe alike.

Reagan was known for a quote that went something like it is better to get 80% of what you want than 100% of nothing.

Remember how it was when we got off of this thread during the election? Let me say these same people are still with that mind set and bully others if they don't agree. I have a liberal sister that has the same mind set.

Maybe that is why when someone who doesn't post often on this thread posts something very negative, we all react maybe too defensively, not meaning to attack but we are protective and don't want this division.

Your problems with the eye clinic sound crazy! How very frustrating, people are nervous enough just having some procedure. They don’t need additional stress.

Make sure he really does not lift anything. The man we bought our house from didn’t listen to directions and somehow lost the site in his eye after cataract surgery. He decided he would mow the lawn. These Southerners are stubborn! Sometimes to their own detriment.

Had a wonderful recipe for a chess cassarole bread. Haven’t fixed it in years. Sometimes I’d use garlic and mozzarella cheese and serve with pasta. Mmmm so good.

When buying bacon if your don't buy the thick but thin cut...as you peel off the slices to fry...peel two slices at a time with the thin. It really works well. The thin is actually much too easy to burn but with the extra thickness but not as thick as the think cut...fries very evenly and perfect.
