Almost all the virtue-signaling I’ve seen has been cost-free. In many cases, it is socially cost-effective. I wish we could find a way to change that, but as the left has a chokehold on media and academia, it will be tough. And to think that they croak about the few media hours (mostly radio, at that) we have which are dedicatedly conservative. The same way they croak about a couple of hours our children may spend in church/Sunday school, while they have the kids (and under government enforcement) for many many hours a week.

Guess he doesn’t like the “We’re America, bitch!” policy? Job opening for someone. I hear Estonia is nice this time of year. ;-)

His resignation is completely unconnected to Robert Hannigan or MI6 or John Brennan and witch hunting... 😉

Oh, I bet he’s quitting for more reasons than just hurt feelings.

Wasn’t Estonia involved in the Russia-Russia Meme?

>> the province of Eastern Ivy League Leftists <<

He may be a leftist. But Boston University and Rutgers are definitely not Ivy League institutions.

Oh, yes, it was....

Crowdstrike's Shan Henry is President of CrowdStrike Services Services; he's also a retired exec assistant director of the FBI. Henry is credited with boosting the FBI’s computer crime and cybersecurity investigative capabilities. He posted FBI experts in police agencies around the world, including the Netherlands, Romania, Ukraine and Estonia.

BINGO!!!

just making a scene to exhibit his poor character and not a sacrifice to show his sincerity.

Close enough from a Main Street, flyover country perspective. Ideologically identical.

Sounds more like basic retirement but, hey, might as well blame it on Trump.

Not a valid excuse — in my humble opinion — for factual error.

And anyway, Donald J. Trump, Neil Gorsuch, Sam Alito, John Bolton, Clarence Thomas and Mike Pompeo all attended Ivy League schools.

(You can look it up.)

Dunno know about that. But I do know that you won’t find any people in the whole world who are more anti-Russian than the ethnic Estonians.

(Been there, seen that.)

The father of a guy I went to high school with stood up the Estonian army after the fall of the Soviet Union. He had escaped as a child, joined the U.S. Army, became a citizen, rose quite high (bird colonel), retired. Then returned to the land of his childhood and stood up their army.
