Many people not living in Maryland or in adjacent states are not aware that most of the eastern shore counties and the three western most counties have largely conservative populations. The wackos live in the Washington, DC suburbs and around Baltimore City.
Baltimore is wacko leftist. The rest of the state is normal. Annapolis is exceptional. Many parts of the state are dear to Catholics like me. Emmitsburg...the seat and foundation of the Catholic School System. Mother Seton’s home and shrine. What a story...a widow with Five kids who started a school and a religious order. She and St. John Neumann collaborated in founding our marvelouus Catholic School System. I guess this is why I love Maryland.
Maryland has its share of liberals, but it also has big conservative areas. My town on the Eastern Shore makes you love Maryland. It really is a very beautiful state, you just have to know where to live when you’re here.
I “lived” for 30+ years in rockville. Being outnumbered by lunatics (retired LIB civil “servants”, ferals , illegal aliens, politicians and their ilk, homeless losers, active civil “servants” and other assorted LIB debris) far outweighed any advantages of that state. All I can say now is : Free at last! Thank GOD free at last!!!
