Inspector General Michael Horowitz revealed on Tuesday in a joint hearing with the House Oversight and House Judiciary Committees the FBI is refusing to allow Trump-hating agents to be named publicly.
Horowitz said the FBI is withholding the names from the public because they work on counterintelligence.
So the FBI does not want their names released? Rep Ted Poe (R-TX) asked Horowitz.
Correct, Horowitz replied.

Wray has become Fay Wray in my mind. IMHO he has turned out to be the wrong man for the job.
Draining the Swamp is a long, slow, and smelly process.
President Trump needs to order the immediate FIRING of every such ‘un-named’ anti-Trump FBI agent . Just kick them out . 100%
Well sure...why not...we just pay their salary and benefits.
Lol
Wray, the smug and self-content weasel ...
This witch hunt was started as an intel operation in order to hide everything under the guise of National Security. The democrats actually do play 3D chess. This whole move was very well planned to do exactly this. Notice that like trained monkeys they complained about children being ripped from parents arms.
He wasnt very smug when Gowdy was ripping him a new one.
Then fire each and every agent of this corrupt nightmare on a Law Enforcement agency. From top bottom.
“Horowitz contradicted Wray at least 8 times when Wray denied political bias was an issue with his agents. “
The culture at the FBI is so messed up, I doubt whether any director who came up through the ranks could be trusted.
Nearly impossible to do to federal employees...However, transferring them to another position and location is the normal method of punishment and de facto demotion...
If a Grand Jury has been out in place, would that be a reason they couldn’t say those names or if those people are still being investigated?
I’ll second that - the sooner the better.
The FBI expects to need them in the 2020 campaign so their identities must be kept secret.
Or anti-intelligence, as the case may be.
Or the wrong woman for that matter.
No it's not.
You give them (I think it's 30 days) notice, with cause. And then they have to go.
They can appeal, but after 30 days, they will be sitting on the outside making their appeal.
Twenty-five years ago, a federal whistle-blower acquaintance of mine had his desk moved out into the hall right in front of the door to the men’s room. They harassed him non-stop until he had a nervous breakdown.
That is one of the problems. There has never been a director selected from the ranks of the FBI. The Hq also has non-FBI types appointed as attorneys and analysts.
I submit this problem being investigated has come about during Obama’s time in office. I suspect every government agency has has a pro-Obama, pro-Clinton cadre leadership team in place. How Obama accomplished it has been kept under wraps, no one seems to know.
