They would easily get 60 votes in the Senate.
They had 68 votes, enough for an over ride in 2013 for Rubio’s Amnesty Gang bill.
They have plenty of votes in reserve.
There are just FOUR Senators that side with the citizens and the rule of law.

Flake, Corker, Hatch, Heller, Alexander, Graham, McCain, Murkowsky, Hoeven, Rubio, Tillis, Burr, Lankford, Gardner, Cornyn, Cochran, Collins, Sasse, Kennedy, Shelby, Ernst, Blunt, McConnell, Wicker, Portman, Isakson, Johnson, Toomey, Rounds, Thune, Gaines, Barasso and Enzi are all Bush League Republicans hell bent on making America into North Mexico

You'd have DEMOCRATS in the Senate voting to kill this bill. Bob Casey is a perfect case in point. As a result of yesterday's GOP primary in Pennsylvania, he'll be facing Rep. Lou Barletta in November. Barletta personifies the movement that got Donald Trump elected in 2016, and he has built his career in politics on his rabid opposition to illegal immigration all the way back to his days as a small-town mayor in Pennsylvania.

Remember this: There is a huge majority in both houses of Congress in favor of this DACA amnesty, but voters are overwhelmingly either: (1) opposed to it, or (2) outraged that Congress even dedicates any energy to dealing with these DACA immigrants at all.

Item (2) is the single biggest reason why the GOP-led Congress had let the DACA issue vanish from their agenda entirely.
