GREAT idea. We need term limits with no grandfather clause (if Cali had had one, there'd have been no second era of Gov Moonbeam) which would in some cases mean, hey, bozos, this is your last term, serve it out, then go find a job for a change.

I heard a partisan Democrat strategist actually suggest that very thing. In a mocking way, he said why doesn't Trump declassify it, he can. Why isn't he?
