If Trump really slept with Daniels, why did she only ask for $130,000 to sign a non-disclosure form? Why not ask for maybe $5 million?

Giuliani never mentioned the affair, simply that Trump repaid the $130K that Cohen sent to Stormy. It is pretty obvious(to me anyway) that Trump had the one night stand and knew about the hush money. This isn’t necessarily illegal though. IMO they are arguing plausible deniability that Trump was simply paying his attorney expenses for representing him with no particular knowledge of the preceding money trail.
