If you are losing business to your competition because you made a bad decision do you:
a) Reconsider your decision and reverse course,
or
b) Lobby Congress to FORCE your competition to make the same bad decision?
I think we know the answer.

What this tells me is that Dick’s completely understands that their long-term ability to continue as an ongoing concern is now in serious jeopardy, and they are endeavoring to save themselves. They know.
Dicks is dicking themselves.

Dicks moved into the closed sports authority storefront in my area. I do not see much traffic EVER and am actively wishing for their quick demise.
Businesses picking political sides ALWAYS lose.
That’s why they get the big bucks.
Nothing says success quite like deliberately telling your customer base to go F itself. One heck of a business model.
I hate to break it to them, but all outdoorsy lefties shop at Patagonia, so all the little David Hoggs of the world won't be showing up for fishing rods and propane stoves anytime soon.

I went in one of those places a long time ago. It looked queer. The employees behaved queerly. Even the name is queer.
I have an account with them and purchased a lot from them in the past as they have a store close to my house... NO MORE PURCHASES FROM THEM
