I am not a huge fan of Lamb, but if cooked right it is great.

There has to be some good way to cook it, or when the Lord instructed the Israelites to observe the Passover with it, they would have said what kind of stunt are You trying to pull on us, God?

I liked it when I was young - even liked mutton; then lost the taste for it. But we cooked a small leg in our Instant Pot this past Easter, and it turned out scrumptious!

I AM a huge fan of lamb, properly cooked. Lamb is the Red Meat that is best for you and can be digested by people who can not eat other meats. Lamb fat is the worst for you so be sure to eliminate it while carving.
