In this case the DNC is suing, and is Hillary the titular head of the DNC? In that case, she, too, will have to testify. Along with all the other corrupt cronies, Podesta et al. Plus all the discovery that will be necessary will be dug up. I can’t believe they would want that.
If that’s the case, Perez could be doing us all a favor. Wouldn’t you love to see Hillary under oath. Maybe we will finally find out just how the whole thing went down
